THE WALKING PALMS

• The walking palms_These are among the Amazon's most unusual plant species that have ability to undergo movement.
• Within Amazon forest more than 80,000 plant species that some scientists estimate the forest of the Amazon basin may be home to,Perhaps one of the most unusual is Socratea exorrhiza,better known as" palmera caminante",or "walking palm".
